Job Description:
- To efficiently lead the Team of BIM Modelers to ensure compliance of CAD/BIM standards, RBG standards and procedures and provide for optimum results in meeting Project deliverables deadlines consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Has excellent knowledge of RBG BIM Standards and procedures and possess excellent software knowledge and skills.
- Should have good awareness of the Project deliverables, deadlines, and knowledge of QC procedures and RBG BIM Standards.
- Setup Projects to comply with the required CAD/BIM Standards and procedures.
- Capable of utilizing the resources efficiently by assigning work to the team members and guide them. Assists the BIM Production Head to assign and monitor work delegated to Project Teams
- Assists the BIM Production Head in preparing advance resource utilization plans (Work share Associates Work Plan)
- Responsible for timely Project deliverables and deadlines.
- Help the team in understanding the delegated work and Project inputs and share his experienced knowledge with Team members.
- Should help, advice, solve problems and train the less experienced team members.
- Conduct Training and Development plans for the Team and share his experienced knowledge with Team members.
- Will be part of Training Committee.
- Should have good communication skills to interact with Clients and draft responses to their queries and inputs received or to get clarification from them about the Queries regarding the Inputs received.
- Identifies and communicates any concerns to the BIM Production Head.
- Report on performance on a regular basis including timely completion of Time sheets and follow-up and cross checking the Time sheets produced by the team members.
- Responsible to record any Lessons learnt after the end of a particular Project or during the Project stage which can used as a valuable input for the next similar project.
